About Filgap Coffee

Filgap Coffee is a small-batch coffee roastery taking shape in Squamish, British Columbia.

It isn’t open yet. Right now, the work is focused on roasting, testing coffees, gathering feedback, and preparing for the first Squamish Farmers’ Market season.

Filgap is starting small, with coffee roasted locally in small batches and a focus on freshness. The long-term direction is a small roasting space and simple tasting room in Squamish. For now, the priority is to keep roasting, keep learning, and make decisions based on what the coffee and the feedback actually show.

Squamish comes first. It is where Filgap is being built, and where the first market season will begin.
